Are You a Cancer Survivor, or Supporting Someone Who is?
LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a free 12-week program that helps adult cancer survivors safely rebuild strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall well-being after treatment, while also providing a supportive small-group environment for connection and encouragement. Offered at multiple YMCA locations across the state at various times throughout the year, the program also includes family members and caregivers and focuses on easing the transition from cancer treatment back into everyday life through guided, individualized exercise and support.
