The New Hampshire Alliance for Healthy Aging (NHAHA) is a statewide coalition of more than 600 stakeholders focused on the health and well-being of older adults in New Hampshire. NHAHA works to promote its shared vision to create communities in New Hampshire that advance culture, policies, and services that support older adults and their families, providing a wide range of choices that advance health, independence, and dignity.
At the core of our mission are scores of dedicated volunteer leaders from across the state who serve on our Steering Committee and as part of strategic workgroups and other committees to advise and inform our work. Together, these individuals and groups comprise a vibrant network to advance equity for older adults by working together, learning together, and aligning efforts to foster positive and meaningful change.
In this website, you will be able to learn about and view the activities of our workgroups, peruse content from past meetings and webinars, and get greater insight into the many efforts underway to make the Granite State a great place to grow older.
NHAHA provides an ongoing series of free meetings and workshops featuring expert speakers from across the field of aging. Further, we provide regular news and information updates to our stakeholders and we’d be pleased to include you on our mailing list, please CLICK HERE to join us!
Thank You!
